Worst customer service
Worst customer service. They do not answer and ignore me. Very unprofessional and feels like a scam. Return shipping needs to be paid for sale items which is 1) not stated anywhere on the website 2) against the law in the EU. I will not order again. Stay away from them!

3 weeks and still no order
3 weeks and still no order, they took my money and sent me an email saying it had shipped. The tracking still doesn’t work. Worst customer service ever. They are horrendous

Awful customer service, unlawful returns procedure - SCAM!!!
Awful. I’ve purchased many items in the past from Anine Bing and I can 100% say I no longer have any brand loyalty and will be boycotting (as will my friends & family who also previously liked the brand). They are a total scam and acting illegally. They try to claim they don’t refund sale items but in the UK under the Consumer Regulations Act, any items purchased online are eligible for a refund. I raised this with them, they agreed I am correct but now radio silence from both their ‘concierge’ and store teams about how to return the item for a refund. At my own expense may I add, even though I have been provided a label in the packaging?! I CANNOT believe a brand charging this much can get away with this awful customer service and unlawful belief in 2023?! I’m honestly shocked. And will continue to raise this as a grievance until the issue is resolved as it’s unacceptable just to simply ignore customers emails and complaints. Truly disrespectful.

Quality is not on par with price…
Quality is not on par with price unfortunately. Half the things I’ve ordered are defective. I’ve even contacted the company about it to provide feedback (if I were them I’d want to know of issues). I even had a pair of leather pants split right down the seam on the butt when I was getting into my car. They were not even a tight fitting pair. They were expensive but the lowest quality leather I’ve ever owned.

Total SCAM
Total SCAM. Don't get fooled by their nice web site. Products are poorly made, cheap fabric, and on top of it all Customer Service is inexistent. I placed two orders, returned almost every item, had to pay for the shipping because they don't include the return label they say they do, and never got refunded.
STAY AWAY from this store, or you will regret it for sure.

I've been trying to return or exchange…
I've been trying to return or exchange for over a week now. I bought a blazer for 900$ cad which is H&M quality and have not been able to get into contact with customer service. They have no phone number and do not respond to emails. I feel like they have stolen 900$ from me.

AVOID THIS BRAND if you don’t want to get disappointed! Absolutely shocking customer service and poor quality overpriced clothes. This was my first time and last time shopping at Anine Bing. Firstly I was shocked that such a brand doesn’t provide return label and I have to write return label by hand, and pay for return postage, it’s laughable.
No acknowledge email sent to me about item received nor when to expect refund, knowing it was received and signed for at Chelsea store in London . I wrote to customer service to ask when will I get my refund, unfortunately they told me to wait 2 weeks for refund. Absolutely shambles.
UPDATE , luckily I paid by PayPal,so decided to open PayPal dispute, finally I got full refund from PayPal, minus return shipping.

Awful company - Quality and service
First time customer and will never buy from them again.

This company places itself as high end but it is far from it. The quality of their clothes does not match the price point. Their customer service is terrible. They do not have any telephone numbers to contact, you will be bounced between their online chat and their concierge email with both contradicting each other.

Deceitful, amateur and unprofessional.

Request a Return - IGNORED
Just bought a pair of boots which were very expensive! Unfortunately they are too big, i have sent 4 emails requesting a return with zero responses. The “live 24 chat” on the website is a BOT so no replies! How can any company nevermind a high end brand get away with this level of customer service in 2022

The quality and material do not match…
The quality and material do not match the price tag. I purchased a blazer that is marked as 500 Euros now. The quality is not even better than a Zara blazer (if not worse). The most shocking thing is I tried to put an honest review on the official website where I purchased the item, it was not posted haha. No wonder all the reviews on the Anine bing site is perfect.

Terrible customer service & returns process
Similar situation to other reviewers - returned an item in august using their recommended returns service GLS. The tracking shows I dropped off the parcel with the date and time. It has since been lost and Anine Bing are refusing to refund me. Constant repetitive replies staying they needed to speak to GLS. Went on for weeks and now they aren’t responding to me at all and they have 200 Euro belonging to me.
